Hello Gamer!

Thank you for taking a moment to review our terms of service.

Our primary function is to provide fun online gaming. Our primary goal is to ensure that that gaming continues its continuity which dates back to the mid-1980's. We plan to ensure that by providing a means by which funds can be raised to help pay for bandwidth, servers, programming, etc.; without charging the players monies to play the game.

For the last 4 years I have been involved in the Traffic Exchange business. My plan is to offer players extra game options which can be traded for points that they gain by using the AUTOSURF link of the game page headers. They can be traded for such things as additional characters, email notifications from your characters concerning encounters, etc..

These terms are subject to change.

1. No more than one AUTOSURF Window may be used at a time. Any account exceeding a maximum of page views per day that is impossible with only one window open in a 24 hour period will be subject to deletion.

There is no problem with running one surf window and logging into the game at the same time.

2. ANY attempt to cheat the system will result in deletion.

3. To keep your account, you agree to allow us to email you. Your account will be deleted if your email address is invalid,or your email bounces. (No autoresponders) Your direct upline member may also send you mail.

4. Only one account per individual, household, company, or other organization is allowed. Any abuse of this will result in all related accounts being removed from the system and all referral downlines and credits, whether earned or purchased, will be lost.

5. A Valid email address is required to use the TrollKeep.com site. It is also important to keep your email address current because that is how we will notify you of special offers and possible changes of these Terms of Service. Invalid email addresses will result in account removal and loss of your referral downline and all credits, whether earned or purchased. However, your privacy is protected. Neither your email address nor any of your private information will ever be rented, sold, or otherwise released to a third party.

6. TrollKeep.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems that may occur when using our services. All services are offered "as is". In addition, TrollKeep.com makes no guarantee as to exactly when credits, either earned or purchased, will be shown.

7. Credits are not permitted to be sold by ANY MEMBER.

Violations of these terms can result in immediate termination of your account, loss of all credits whether earned or purchased, and your referral downline.

NO refunds given. Your account may be deleted if not used for 90 days.

TrollKeep.com reserves the right to disable your account when we believe it does not meet our terms and conditions, or in any way interferes with our system.

Violation of these Terms of Service may, at our discretion, result in immediate and permanent account deletion and loss of all credits. No Exceptions.

Actually, we are really easy going. We try to work out any problems so that you are a happy member.

Without our players, we really won't have much of a multi-player game ,will we?
